Epostadresser til faste og midlertidig ansatte ved ISS er samlet i Excel-regnearket Ansatt_epost. Dersom du skal sende epost til alle ansatte eller deler av staben, kan du kopiere adressene fra regnearket og lime inn i Til-feltet i Outlook. Slik gjør du:

1. Velg den adressegruppen du ønsker ved å klikke på en av fanene nederst i regnearket (Alle, Sosiologi, Statsvitenskap osv.). Det arket som åpnes, inneholder utvalget sortert alfabetisk.
2. Merk den hvite kolonnen med epostadresser fra første til siste adresse og trykk Ctrl+C (eller velg Rediger og Kopier fra menylinjen i Excel).
3. Lag en ny melding i Outlook, pass på at markøren står i Til-feltet og trykk Ctrl+V (eller velg Rediger og Lim inn fra menylinjen i Outlook).

Administrasjonen forsøker å holde disse adresselistene oppdatert, men vi kan ikke garantere at de er komplette og korrekte til enhver tid. Vennligs gi oss beskjed om feil.

Instructions

Email addresses for permanent and temporary staff at ISS are collected in the Excel spreadsheet Ansatt_epost. If you are going send email to all or parts of the staff you can copy the addresses from the spreadsheet and paste them into the To-field in Outlook. This is how you do it:

1. Choose the group of addresses you wish by clicking one of the tabs at the bottom of the spreadsheet (Alle, Sosiologi, Statsvitenskap...). The sheet that opens contains the sample of addresses sorted alphabetically.
2. Mark the white column containing email addresses from the first to the last and press Ctrl+C (or choose Edit and Copy from the menu bar in Excel).
3. Open a new message in Outlook, be sure the cursor is in the To-field and press Ctrl+V (or choose Edit and Paste from the menu bar in Outlook).

The administration will try to keep these lists updated, but we cannot guarantee that they are complete and correct at all times. Please notify us about errors.
