ViewConflicts 3.0 is written in Visual basic 6.0 SP5. If you have Visual Basic 6.0 you need to upgrade to service pack 5. You can download SP5 from here (select Visual Studio Service Pack 5, chose Visual Basic as download version and select the same language as your Visual Basic installation)

You will also need to download a new MDAC (Microsoft Universal Data Acsess) which you can do from here. Select: MDAC 2.6 Service Pack 2 Refresh now available for download

Finally, you need an Active X from ESRI called MapObjects. If you do not have a lisence of this Active X, you may download a 90 day evaluation copy of the latest version of MapObjects from here ).
